                                  ~Aaron B. Bloodsworth (1890-1964)~

 

   Aaron is the fourth child of Newton Berry and Ellen (Baggett) Bloodsworth. He was born on September 18, 1890 in Wallace, Escambia Co. Alabama and died June 04, 1964 in Escambia Co. Florida at the age of 73. He is buried in the Crary Memorial Cemetery in Bluff Springs in Fl. His World War I Draft Registration Card, 1917-1918 states that he was 26 years old, a farmer, married with a wife and 2 children and was of medium build, medium weight with brown eyes and black hair.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

   Aaron married 1) Ruby Mae "Buna" Murphy (1896-?). They married on March 20, 1914 in Wallace, Escambia Co. Al.  and together they had 4 children. Aaron and Ruby separated and was not officially divorced until 1945 in Escambia Co. Florida.  Ruby was the daughter of  Ella Murphy, father is unknown at this time.

 

 

  Aaron married 2) Rosetta "Rosa" Boone (1888-1975) on August 15, 1926 in McCullough, Escambia Co. Alabama. No children resulted from this marriage.  Rosetta was the daughter of John Andrew Boone & Martha Lorraine.

 

   Now since Aaron was still legally married to Ruby, he had to file for a divorce from Rosetta on 1945 which is the same time as he filed for divorce from Ruby (See Fla divorce record). Once he was legally divorced from Ruby, he re-married Rosetta for a second time on March 11, 1946 in Baldwin Co. Alabama.

1940 Escambia Co. Fl- age 55 living with wife Rosetta and daughter Elouise and granddaughter Lillie Bell
