Wade was the fourth child of Newton Berry and Daisy Elizabeth (Halford) Bloodsworth. He was born on Novemeber 16, 1924 in Escambia Co. Alabama and died on March 10, 1968 in Greenville, Butler Co. Alabama at the young age of 43. Wade is buried in the Elizabeth Cemetery located in McKenzie, Butler Co. Alabama.  This is the same cemetery that his mother, two siblings and sister-in-law is buried. 

 

   Wade married Melba Jean Davis, they married in 1953. This union produced six children, three sons and three daughters.
