~Chester Hart "Captain" Bloodsworth~

 

   Chester is the second son of Newton Berry and Daisy Elizabeth (Halford) Bloodsworth. He was born on November 26, 1921 in Brewton, Escambia Co. Alabama and died on October 10, 1998 in Tampa, Hillsborough Co. Florida at the age of 76. His resting place is unknown at this time. 

 

   Chester was married to 1) Gladys M. Gulsby (1923-1999) on July 1944 in Escambia Co. Alabama. This marriage produced two children. Glady's was the daughter of Steven Howard and Rosanna Elizabeth Gulsby of Alabama. Records indicate that Chester and Gladys were divorced from one another on Decemeber 1968 in Hillsborough Co. Florida. 

 

  Chester was married to 2) Naomi Bohannon on December 1968 in Hillsborough Co. Florida, same month and year he divorced Gladys. No children were produced from this marriage to our knowledge. Records indicate that Chester and Naomi were divorced from one another on Novemeber 06, 1970 in Hillsborough Co. Florida.
